My love of being a DJ started back in 1971 where I played all the glam rock stuff and hits of the day in Kings Lynn.

Then moving to Norwich in 1975, I put together a mobile disco where I became a resident DJ, at the “The Wild Man”, 5 nights a week. Mainly playing album tracks and punk which was getting big at the time.

I have produced music and comedy theatre shows working with local talent in the Norfolk area. I teamed up with Roger Dean, musician, who spent a life time in the world of show biz appearing in the West End to directing onboard cruise ships around the world with most Christmas seasons acting as a dame in panto.

We worked on a project together “Boldean Productions” on The Johnny Cash Story that, for 5 years, we toured the length of the British Isles, playing his music and telling the story of his fascinating life.

I still enjoy music from the likes of The Who, Pink Floyd and Motown and glam rock, but over the last 15 years I grew increasingly more into Country music follow my introduction to people like Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Willie Nelson (you can’t beat a bit of Willie) and this leads to an appreciation of people like Hank Williams and of cause the legend that is Johnny Cash.

I still enjoy and play most forms of music but being honest I can not for the life of me get into Rap!!
